Bronwyn’s background is in Industrial Psychology with 13 years of change management experience, both as a consultant and as a permanent employee, whilst working across the utilities, mining, banking and procurement industries. Her current strategic change management role focuses on transformational change pertaining to large system implementations, employee engagement, restructures, leadership development, performance management, reward and recognition, training, innovation and customer service. Bronwyn’s passion for aligning people to strategic intent to realise business benefits is most significant to her company and she has been able to influence sustainable behavioural change. She has been one of the directors for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Africa Chapter since January 2015 and currently chairs the board. She sees this volunteer role as instrumental in advancing the discipline of change management in South Africa which is another one of her passions.
