Renjini Joseph is an HRM Lecturer and Qualification Leader for the Undergraduate HRM qualifications in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management at the University of Johannesburg. She is also the Chairperson of the Human Resource Universities Forum. Renjini has more than 6 years of lecturing, facilitation, training, corporate and consulting experience. As Qualification Leader, Renjini focuses on managing and improving the quality of several qualifications at UJ, thus contributing towards her passion of elevating the profession of HRM and its role in the organisation. Her engineering background and HRM experience, both in corporate and consulting, has enabled her to introduce technology in HRM teaching and learning and to further build up systems and processes within the learning and teaching environment. She has presented in several national and international conferences and written articles in scholarly and popular journals. Renjini is currently working on developing an IT competency framework for entry-level HRM professionals as part of her doctoral studies.
